Restoration is not so much the process of restoring as new, but restoring as should be, and we’re experts. We have over 40 years experience in working with every type and kind of stone, so we know what can and cannot be done and the way forward in both cases.
We usually work as specialist contractors to architects and main contractors, but the truth is that our level of expertise allows us to be consultants in this field too. We can prepare preliminary reports and estimates for any work considered necessary, and offer the complete package from consultancy through simple matched re-pointing using our own market-leading mortars to mending cracks and settlement, deteriorated masonry, stucco, render and water proofing.
As stonemasons we have extensive connections with most quarries and also keep an eclectic and wide selection of stone at our Bristol works.
